

The proprietor, Claire Wallace, has 35 years of experience in the catering trade, having gained the Cordon Bleu Diploma from Winkfield Place.
Claire and her team produce:-
Hot & cold 3-4 course meals, cooked on site and hand carved for every guest with particular attention to detail.
Spit Roasts, over charcoal and logs in the traditional way and including all varieties of meat, fish and vegetarian delights. Served with our own chutneys, salsa & pesto.
Delicious Salads, full of colour and distinctive flavours to compliment the main course.
Decorative buffet selections laid out and adorned with flowers & herbs from the garden.
Canapes are one of our specialities – these will be on offer to your guests on arrival.
Finger buffets available for those who choose to eat whilst socialising.
